The biggest international airport in South Africa is the O.R Thambo International Airport (Previously the Johannesburg International) which is approximately 45km from Pretoria. The Albertina Sisulu Highway or R21 leads from there to Pretoria and is a 40minutes to 1hour drive, depending on traffic. Airport shuttles are available on the airport or can be pre-booked.
