We have some new restaurant blood in town to try out.  Think outside the box a bit, not the usual franchise variety, this is a fresh approach to the world of food – something that could grow into a favourite posh outing.  The name speaks of elegance, style and has a bit of a foreign twang to it.  Step inside and you will be transported to a café in Europe.  But just so that you remember we are still in Africa, watch out for that tree!  The owner and creator of this unique restaurant concept has a colourful past – ranging from preaching to fashion design, to the business world.  He has a passion for good food and quality service, presented in a gourmet package.  Looking to the one side you will notice an understated elegance, and to the other a glitzy cabaret vibe, with jazzy and soothing background music to compliment.  Mouthwatering dishes include double-baked blue cheese and herb soufflé, snoek bobotie and glazed prawns, Mediterranean tomato tart, slow-cooked duck, a pot of spice and other delectable delights.  Yet you will be pleasantly surprised every time with a new dish to try out from their dynamic specials.  The desserts are out of this world! Apple tarte tatin, chocolate fondant, berry soufflé...
