Two things usually signal the end of winter: a spring-cleaning frenzy and people trying to get in shape for swimwear season. If you’re in the latter category but not really the gymming type, why not try one of these outdoor exercise options?
The Space is a unique rooftop fitness studio concept. Located on the roof of the PPC building in central Centurion, this out of the ordinary outdoor gym and yoga facility offers daily yoga and group fitness classes for people of any and all fitness levels.
The Space yoga classes are designed to ensure enjoyable yet challenging classes to beginner and expert yogis alike. The group fitness classes are high intensity classes that include bootcamp-style exercise, weight training, cardio and boxing. Qualified personal trainers present all classes and only a limited number of people are allowed per class, meaning you’ll receive personal attention at a fraction of the expected price.
